Our trip dates are moving to one week earlier than normal to avoid conflicts with Mother’s Day. Mamas are worth it.

Yes, but you must enter the actual names of the riders, like a plane ticket. No substitutions or squatting on trip spots & filling them later. You’ll need their full name, cell #, email & jersey size. You can add/edit info later, everything EXCEPT the name.

Trip registrations are not transferable to others. 2024 Cancellation Deadline is March 15th.
To cancel, contact us by email or give us a call (303.875.9000), we’ll take it from there.
Negatory Ghost Rider, we have to keep it fair for everyone. Why not have someone else register for you?
It will be emailed in a confirmation immediately after registration. This will have oodles of info for you, answers to just about every question we’ve ever received.
PLEASE REGISTER WITH A WORKING EMAIL ADDRESS YOU REGULARLY CHECK – email is our primary means of communication and we’ll never spam. If you use a spam address you’ll miss all the trip info. I mean EVERYTHING!
If you haven’t received your full rider info kit within 24 hours of registering please contact us ASAP. Don’t wait til the week before the ride, there’s stuff in there you need to see early. This is critical!
Below are our pre-2024 policies. We’ll re-evaluate 2024 based on conditions in early January. Unless we see a major resurgance in Covid most of this will likely go away as unnecessary. To date we’ve had zero issues with Covid on our rides.
Possibly. We are monitoring the Covid situation closely & entering the vaccination period, fingers crossed. As the situation evolves we will contour our safety precautions as needed.
Two things we can tell you for sure today – first, you will NOT be required to ride with a face mask. Second, we will make whatever changes we feel are prudent to protect the health of our participants, up to & including a full cancellation should conditions warrant.
In the unlikely event of a full Covid event cancel, all participants will receive a FULL refund. At this point that’s extremely remote but we will be prepared for anything as needed.
Thankfully, due to the remote nature of the geography, spacious camps & well-spaced riding we’re already fairly safe by most metrics. There are a few areas we may have to alter, such as shuttles & food serving protocols. But for the most part we’re in pretty good shape by default – outdoors, lots of sun & a breeze, tons of space, etc.

Typically both rides fill very quickly, usually in less than an hour. Anyone serious about getting a spot knows to jump on board as soon as registration opens. Every year we send out a wake-up call, an email note with exact times & dates for registration and trip dates that year. If you’ve ridden with us before you’re already on that list. The list is not used for any other purpose nor distributed to anyone, ever.
All merchandise is distributed in your packet at event start. 5th year Repeat Offender goodies sometimes get held til our final nite’s ceremony depending on what we’re doing that year.
Nope, just the first two weekends of May every year, that’s it.
E-bikes are not currently supported either mechanically or logistically. This would basically be an entirely different ride, so no, no E-bikes, sorry.

This is an intense & epic adventure, finishing it just once puts you into a whole new class of athlete.
We’ll give you a way to show off that success. Every rider will get a complimentary ‘Bikerpelli Survivor’ cycling jersey. Those coming back for addt’l laps get addt’l goodies and addt’l respect.
These goodies are cumulative & based on doing back-to-back trips. So it’s 2 years-in-a-row, 3-in-a-row, etc.
Skip a year & you’re back to square one. The 2020 Covid cancel doesn’t count, we skip that year.
